Return Policy

We are proud to offer quality products with great value to our customers. All furniture, appliances and bathroom essentials are thoroughly inspected at several key points in our preparation and delivery process to make sure it is received in excellent condition. Due to the care we put forth for every order, we are unfortunately unable to process returns or refunds once merchandise has been assembled and used. Please read below for a detailed return policy.

Damaged / Incorrect Product

In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged or incorrect on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify the delivery team or a customer care representative immediately.

To qualify for a return and a full refund in the event of a damaged product delivered, the following criteria must be met:

  • A return request must be made within 5 business days of receiving your item by emailing us at orders@thekitchenandbathoutlet.com
  • Detailed description of the damage, including pictures of the product and shipping label must be submitted in the email. In the case of incorrect product, description of the product received and pictures of the product and shipping label must be submitted in the email.

Any other return reason

In any other cases, such as product no longer wanted, the following criteria must be met:

  • A return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your item by emailing us at orders@thekitchenandbathoutlet.com
  • Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for the return and refund. Assembled or modified items are unable to be returned.
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise total will be applied to returned items.
